The Jedi Knight that Malgus killed at the end of the Deceived trailer is known as "Ven Zallow". Malgus actually talks about Ven Zallow a little bit in his Rim Campaign journal entries in the Book of Sith, and the little droid that showed up was T7-01 (I believe), who's a companion you get if you play the Jedi Knight story in the game.

The first three in particular show why Disney/Lucasfilm absolutely SUCK in their handling of Star Wars. Imagine taking those 3 trailers, filling in some gaps, but putting them one for one as live action sequences in a film or TV show. With very little effort you've blown the audience away, introduced a series of cool characters from all sides and established the current state of the Galaxy. The game even has story lines that could be used as the basis of TV episodes or movies. Disney/Lucasfilm just doesn't have the talent, guts and common sense anymore to make anything this epic anymore.

Oh, and by the way, Caprica 6 thought she was doing a kindness by painlessly killing the baby and sparring it the suffering from radiation exposure.

I'm watching part 1 of Galactica with you. A series I have watched 16 times at last count. It has so many layers, the 2 most prominent to me are the number of humans left and the dynamics of human vs. their creation, the Cylons. From my first viewing of this series I have thought that this is truly cautionary tale. I have reccomended this show to everyone I know because I think it is such an important story of our possible future if we continue developing AI. I love how emotionally involved already. Oh, and Helo is my favorite, he always does the right thing. I hope you get as much out of Battlestar as I have. Just keep the number of people left. Even here watching this for the 17th time, it still stirs my soul. Welcome aboard, Darlin'!

33:39 I suspect that for most people it's not universal. Meaning that they can't separate the art from the artist consistently all the time. I admire the people who are able to. It's always easier to do it when we are already invested in the artist, vs an artist we already dislike or are indifferent about.

I am really disappointed, deeply disappointed... you were really one of the real Star Wars fans for me... To consume this series so uncritically, to simply ignore everything problematic, embarrassing, bad, poorly crafted etc. - simply sad!
